This is a workshop for Arab women filmmakers with film projects in the post-production stage. If this applies to you, then you have the chance to participate in the Roughcut Workshop!

It is an audiovisual consultation workshop offered to women filmmakers who are in the phase of working on the first rough-cut (and first film) and need support with the content and development of their film in regards to editing and artistic approach. 

Six Arab women filmmakers will be selected and invited to participate in online discussions with a multinational jury of film critics, directors and editors on the 24th, 25th and 26th of November, 2022.

The director who has the most developed work, in terms of the editing and artistic approach, and/or the one who needs the most support for the final cut, will receive a prize of €4000 as a contribution to the post-production stage of her film.

The deadline for submissions is the 10th of October, 2022.
