5th Creative Documentary Workshop
ورشة الفيلم التسجيلي الإبداعي هي ورشة تدريب للنساء على التقنيات الفنية من إخراج ومونتاج وتصوير وإنتاج، تقوم بالتدريس فيها محترفات من مصر ومن بلاد عربية وأوروبية في مجال الأفلام التسجيلية الإبداعية. تستمر الورشة لمدة ثمان شهور ويتم تنظيمها كواحدة من أنشطة قافلة بين سينمائيات، وتستهدف تنمية قدرات ومهارات المخرجات الجدد في مجال الفيلم التسجيلي الإبداعي. تعتمد طريقة التدريس على الممارسة والتدريبات المستمرة. هذه التدريبات مصممة ليتم تنفيذها بشكل جماعي وذلك من أجل الدفع باتجاه التفكير الجمعي خلال عملية التعلم والانتاج. تستهدف الورشة كذلك مساعدة المشاركات على التركيز على أهم العناصر الإبداعية في انتاج الفيلم التسجيلي حتى يكون قادراً على إثارة العقلية النقدية لدى المشاهد.
على مدار شهور التدريب تقوم كل مشاركة في الورشة بعمل فيلم تسجيلي إبداعي قصير تحت إشراف مدربين الورشة وبالتعاون مع بقية المشاركات، وتتكفل قافلة بين سينمائيات بتغطية تكاليف إنتاج هذه الأفلام القصيرة قامت قافلة بين سينمائيات بدعم ٣٠ فيلم تسجيلي قصير، تم انتاجهم في سياق أنشطة ورشة الفيلم التسجيلي الإبداعي، وحازت الكثير من هذه الأفلام على جوائز في مهرجانات محلية ودولية. مدة ورشة الفيلم التسجيلي الإبداعي ثمان شهور تبدأ يوم ١٨ ديسمبر٢٠٢٢، بواقع خمسة أيام في الأسبوع، خمس ساعات يوميا، وتعقد جلساتها في الفترة المسائية من الأحد إلى الخميس على من لديهن الرغبة في المشاركة في الورشة ملأ استمارة التسجيل الموجودة أدناه.

The Creative Documentary Workshop for Women Filmmakers is a eight-months training on artistic techniques of directing, editing, cinematography and production. The workshop will be led by female creative documentary filmmakers from Egypt as well as Arab and European countries. It is an 8-month workshop and is one of the programs of the Caravan. The workshop aims to develop the capabilities and skills of new female directors in the field of creative documentary film.
The workshop relies on the method of practice and continuous training. The activities included in the workshop are designed to be carried out in groups, in order to support collective thinking during the learning and production process. The workshop also aims to help the participants focus on important creative elements in the production of their documentaries, so that it is able to stimulate the critical perspective of the viewer.
Over the course of the training, each participant is asked to work on a short creative documentary under the supervision of the workshop’s trainers, as well as the collective help of the other participants.
The workshop is free of charge and the Caravan covers the cost of production of the short films.
The Caravan has supported 30 short documentaries, which were produced within the context of the Creative Documentary Film Workshop, and many of these films were awarded in local and international festivals.
The duration of the creative documentary film workshop is eight months, starting on December 18th, 2022. It is five days a week, five hours a day, and its sessions are held in the evening from Sunday to Thursday.

Terms and Conditions
Trainees are obligated to attend all sessions and trainings as well as create a documentary film as a graduation project.
Those who want to participate in the workshop from anywhere outside of Cairo are asked to cover all accommodation and transportation expenses.
Participation in the workshop is for women, ages 23 to 40.
The final selection of the workshop is carried out in two stages:The first stage: After reviewing the participation forms, a number of women are selected to conduct a personal interview with the organizers of the workshop. Based on these interviews, 20 participates are selected for the second stage.
The second stage: It includes participation in the first week of the workshop, which begins on December 18th. Throughout this week, an introduction to the creative documentary film will be delivered and a number of practical and theoretical activities will be conducted, on which the selection of the final eight female participants will be done. Those eight women are required to attend all the workshop’s sessions, which will be over the course of eight months.

:الشروط العامة للمشاركة في الورشة
- تلتزم المتدربة بحضور كل المحاضرات والتدريبات وبعمل الفيلم التسجيلي كمشروع للتخرج
- من تريد المشاركة في الورشة من خارج محافظة القاهرة، عليها أن تتكفل بكل مصاريف الإقامة والانتقالات
- المشاركة في الورشة للنساء من سن ٢٣ سنة إلى سن ٤٠ سنة
يتم الاختيار النهائي للورشة على مرحلتين:
المرحلة الأولى: بعد مراجعة استمارات المشاركة، يتم اختيار عدد من النساء لعمل مقابلة شخصية بينهن وبين منظمات الورشة، تتأهل على أساسها ٢٠ مشاركة للمرحلة الثانية من الاختيار.
المرحلة الثانية: تتضمن المرحلة الثانية المشاركة في الأسبوع الأول من الورشة والذي يبدأ يوم ١٨ ديسمبر. في هذا الأسبوع سوف يتم التعريف بالفيلم التسجيلي الإبداعي والقيام بعدد من التدريبات العملية والنظرية، التي يتم على الاختيار النهائي لثمان مشاركات ممن سوف يتأهلن لكل جلسات الورشة والتي سوف تستمر ثمان شهور.
سوف ترسل معلومات إضافية حول البرنامج والتواريخ والأمكنة للنساء اللاتي تم اختيارهن للمشاركة في الورشة.
