Franca Gonzalez

Franca González, honoured by the Konex 2021 amongst the five best Argentinian documentary filmmakers of the last decade.

Some of her films are Liniers, El Trazo Simple De Las Cosas, Totem, Al Fin del Mundo and Miró.

Her films achieved recognition from the Academy of Film Arts and Sciences in Argentina, Argentores, Ibermedia, INCAA and UNESCO, and have competed at many international film festivals.

فرانكا جونزاليس تم تكريمها من قبل Konex عام ٢٠٢١ باعتبارها من أفضل خمسة صانعي أفلام وثائقية أرجنتينية في العقد الماضي.

بعض أفلامها Liniers, El Trazo Simple De Las Cosas, Totem, Al Fin del Mundo وMiró. 

حازت أفلامها على تقدير من أكاديمية الفنون والعلوم السينمائية في الأرجنتين، Argentores ،Ibermedia ،INCAA واليونسكو. كما شاركت في العديد من المهرجانات السينمائية الدولية.

Director’s Biography
Maria Alvarez

María Álvarez directed “Las Cinéphilas” (2017), “Le Temps Perdu” (2020) and “Near and Dear” (2021), a documentary trilogy that relates the passage of time and art.

Her films have been screened at international festivals such as IDFA, Semaine de la Critique Locarno, Thessaloniki, Göteborg, DocAviv, Mar del Plata, Cartagena, Gijón, DocLisboa, BAFICI, Femcine, Havana, Sydney, among many others, winning several awards.

She wrote “Burned before reading”, theatre play that won the Second Prize Fray Luis de León from Valladolid, Spain, published in 2016.

قامت ماريا ألفاريز بإخراج فيلم Las Cinéphilas عام ٢٠١٧، وفيلم Le Temps Perdu عام ٢٠٢، وفيلم "قريبة وعزيزة" عام ٢٠٢١ وهو عبارة عن ثلاثية وثائقية تتعلق بمرور الزمن والفن.

تم عرض أفلامها في مهرجانات دولية مثل IDFA, Semaine de la Critique Locarno, Thessaloniki, Göteborg, DocAviv, Mar del Plata, Cartagena, Gijón, DocLisboa, BAFICI, Femcine, Havana, Sydney وغيرها الكثير، وحازت على العديد من الجوائز.

كما قامت بكتابة مسرحية "Burned Before Reading"، وهي مسرحية فازت بجائزة Second Prize Fray Luis de León من فالادويد، إسبانيا، وتم نشرها عام ٢٠١٦.
